You need to add water to the mechanical pumps as well as waterlogging a brass funnel in the middle (see picture 6)

this works but you need to add water to the mechanical pumps as well as waterlogging a brass funnel, aswel as replace the vaults i noticed some of the vaults werent actually working, once you replace the vaults it will work
